Baumann, Raymondo & Company PA, a 35-year-old CPA firm located in Tampa, Florida will now be known as Skoda Minotti, concluding the final steps to their September 2012 merger with the Northeast Ohio-based firm.
Following the merger, Skoda Minotti now has offices in Cleveland and Akron, Ohio and Tampa, Florida.
Baumann Raymondo was one of five firms that merged with Skoda Minotti in 2012. Other mergers included CPA firms, Lomax, Soful & Foster of Akron and Gerald M. Appel, CPA, Inc. , information technology firms, Quantam Network Services and PBnJ Solutions , and financial institution services firm, Core Information Management .
“The name Skoda Minotti has a very strong reputation throughout the Northeast Ohio business community and we look forward to earning and developing the same reputation here, in the Tampa market,” said Alex White, partner-in-charge of the Tampa office.
