Skoda Minotti, a CPA, business and financial advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Robert Brenis, CGEIT, CISA, CRISC, PMP has become certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC). With this certification, Brenis proves to have knowledge and experience identifying and managing risks through the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems (IS) controls.
ISACA, a nonprofit, global association for information technology and information systems professionals, certifies qualified risk professionals who have skills in risk identification, assessment, and evaluation; risk response; risk monitoring; IS control design and implementation; and IS control monitoring and maintenance.
“We conducted global research and found that enterprises are becoming more risk-aware and are looking to identify professionals who possess the skills to help them protect their assets and enhance their businesses,” said Urs Fischer, chair of ISACA’s CRISC Task Force. “CRISC fills a gap that exists in the marketplace.”
Brenis is a principal in Skoda Minotti’s IT Services Group, which provides network solutions, business applications consulting, telecom products and services, infrastructure cabling, among a variety of other industry specific services.
