Greg is the Chairman and one of the founders of Skoda Minotti. He specializes in assisting clients grow and develop their businesses. Greg actively works with clients in developing and implementing strategic plans, providing creative business and personal tax planning, assisting with mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, succession, estate planning, and wealth accumulation strategies.
Greg's accomplishments include owning, operating and growing private and public companies from start-up to over $2 billion in market capitalization. He has been recognized with the Managing Partner Elite award by Accounting Today for his creative growth and innovation strategies. His companies have been recognized for outstanding growth in Inc. and Fortune magazines. Inc. has placed Skoda Minotti in its Hall of Fame.
Greg currently serves on a number of business advisory boards and Boards of Directors, as well as numerous charitable boards including the Board of Trustees for the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, the Board of Directors for Business Volunteers Unlimited, Cuyahoga Community College Foundation, University Hospitals Case Medical Center, Finance Committee of University Hospitals Health System and serves as Chair for the Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital Committee.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in accounting from John Carroll University. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Accounting Today has recognized Greg as one of the 100 most influential people and John Carroll University’s School of Business has named him one of its 50 finest graduates.
