Michael Minotti is the partner-in-charge of Skoda Minotti’s Tax Planning and Preparation Department. He is responsible for formulating tax policies and making decisions on critical tax issues for clients. He also assists in overseeing the firm’s Medical Consulting Group. Michael’s professional expertise encompasses tax issues affecting corporations, partnerships, individuals’ estates, trusts, and entities of every kind.
He is actively involved in assisting his clients in all aspects of negotiations including mergers and acquisitions, as well as practice and business management consulting for client operations. In addition to his specialization and expertise in the medical field, Michael has significant involvement with clients in the construction industry.
Michael holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Management from Case Western Reserve University, and is a member of both the American Institute and Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Michael sits on the Tax Committee of the national organization, Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) which has allowed him to shape and influence Federal tax law policies and changes. He is also a past Director of the Hillcrest Rotary Club, and has been active in the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE). An alumnus of Hawken School, Michael is an active volunteer in efforts to maintain the school’s high academic standards. His many contributions to these organizations earned him an award as one of the Outstanding Men in America.
