Pete Metzloff has over 40 years of experience in the field of public accounting and financial reporting, including 29 years with an international accounting firm. Pete develops and maintains the firm’s SEC audit practice and works in the firm’s auditing and technical review area, helping peers and clients interpret new accounting pronouncements and implement sound internal control systems.
Pete oversees all matters relating to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 services provided to our clients. He has significant experience with manufacturing, energy, insurance and service companies and nonprofit organizations as well as construction projects, litigation support, due diligence and cost allocation studies.
Prior to joining Skoda Minotti, Pete held a number of positions with a national CPA firm and was part of the annual audit process for multi-national and large SEC clients, including Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Cleveland Electric Illuminating and Diamond Shamrock.
