Steven Hartstein is a partner in the Tax Planning & Preparation Department at Skoda Minotti with over 16 years of experience in public accounting. He specializes in the area of estates, gifts and trusts, as well as issues related to the taxation of closely held businesses.
Steven graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics. He is also a graduate of Cleveland Marshall College of Law. An adjunct professor for the last nine years at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, he teaches courses in Advanced Corporate Tax, and Introductions to Corporations and Partnerships. Steven is a member of the board of directors of several non-profit organizations in Cleveland, has been recently published in a well-known national financial magazine, and has spoken at many seminars.
