Delivering on the Promise of connecting our real estate world to you.

The Home Ownership Protection Act has made it mandatory that all title agents must have an annual independent review of their escrow, settlement, closing and security deposit bank accounts. This review must be completed by December 31 and cover activities for the 12 months ended the previous August 31.

Before dismissing this independent review as simply a mandatory, wasted expense, take into consideration the value that can be added from such an exercise.

The CPAs, business and financial advisors in our Real Estate and Construction Group can not only provide you with these mandatory services but can also add value to your business. Our staff has completed a number of independent reviews and our experience enables us to offer you additional benefits, such as providing you with a road map to improving your internal controls.
